Javascript appears not to get the y offset of the second div, what’s wrong?

问题内容:

More, I would like that the div whose id is “snippet” be showed immediately below the navbar (0px margin between the two items). For, I’ve chosen fixed as position in css, but I’m not sure if it’s the right choice because I can’t even see the result.

The page I’m trying to modify belongs to an example by w3schools.com

Here is my modified version:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<style>
body {
  margin: 0;
  font-size: 28px;
}

.header {
  background-color: #f1f1f1;
  padding: 30px;
  text-align: center;
}

#navbar {
  overflow: hidden;
  background-color: #333;
}

#navbar a {
  float: left;
  display: block;
  color: #f2f2f2;
  text-align: center;
  padding: 14px 16px;
  text-decoration: none;
  font-size: 17px;
}

#navbar a:hover {
  background-color: #ddd;
  color: black;
}

#navbar a.active {
  background-color: #4CAF50;
  color: white;
}

.content {
  padding: 16px;
}

.sticky {
  position: fixed;
  top: 0;
  width: 100%
}

.sticky + .content {
  padding-top: 60px;
}

.dropdown {
	display: none;
    position: fixed;
   	right: 0;
    top: 50;
    background-color: #f9f9f9;
    width: 100%;
    box-shadow: 0px 8px 16px 0px rgba(0,0,0,0.2);
    z-index: 1;
}

.dropdown:hover {
background-color: #ddd;

Any idea on what’s wrong? Thanks!
